Join The Cocktail Bandits for an unforgettable evening celebrating rice’s rich history in South Carolina. Savor signature dishes like Jollof Rice, Red Rice, and Chicken Bog, thoughtfully prepared by Carolima’s and Party Thyme Catering. Sip on rice-inspired cocktails sponsored by Appleton Rum and Burnt Church Distillery, or enjoy a refreshing mocktail crafted by Amethyst Botanical Spirits. Each taste and sip tells the story of the cultures and communities that helped spread this noble grain around the world. More than a meal, this event is a delicious journey through the Lowcountry’s heritage of flavor and fellowship. While the event will be tented outside, sponsored by IBA, guests will also have the opportunity to tour the Nathaniel Russell House c. 1808.
